I have been working outside in the garden and yard. It is warm enough that I don't need a jacket. The bergenia and wild violets are blooming. One of the roses has a bud. It is January in Portland, Oregon. This is not normal. I don't know if I should cry or rage.

And by-the-way: America is South America and North America, which geographically includes Central America. "Combining North and South America, there are 35 independent nations." The logo on the hats should be MUSGA. That's m us g a. Catchy.

When I was in college, I like many students, worked as a waitress. To 86 someone was to ban that person from the premises due to bad behavior.

Never did it imply a person was to be physically harmed or killed. To redefine a word or concept after a person used it to fit an agenda is bad behavior.

Maga is in to catch phrases and nicknames. Perhaps WREXIT would work for the US being ostracized by the rest of the world.

We are not yet experiencing post-apocalyptic events. We are still in pre-apocalyptic times.

It is time to freeze pepper seeds for a couple of days. Yes. It is still January. And yes, the seedlings cannot be planted outside until May. But some take >100 days until they produce fruit. So, it is also time to get out the heating pad and grow lights. Spring will be here soon, and then summer.

How real is my reality? How knowledgeable are my assumptions? Am I ethnocentric? Cosmopolitan?

Wisdom does not always come with age, and I am aging. So, every morning I will continue to look out the door and learn about the world around me.

Looking at what is happening in other countries helps my perspective-my world view.

In France, the French prime minister, Michel Barnier, is expected to resign on Thursday, a day after his government (conservative) became the first to be toppled by a no-confidence vote in more than 60 years.

Every morning I step out of my pocket universe and look at what is happening in other countries. I am following the story re South Korea's conservative president Yoon whose declaration of martial law lasted 6 hours. He is now facing impeachment.

Interesting and a heads-up. I don't do porn and am not interested in having a relationship with a person who has a dubious background.

I'm more of a face-to-face kind of person and not a digital influencer. But I am interested in how people communicate. I have found that turning off the sound when streaming talk-talk people and watching the body-speak gives me a much clearer picture of a person's motives and intentions.
