Its absolutely still relevant I agree. The algorithm picks up what we like, what we talk about, what we watch most and profiles us based on these things and shows us what they believe we want to see.

I feel that Netflix Documentaries do a decent job at not being bias and one sided but open for you to make your own opinions of the situations. I haven't watched many but the few that i have watched I felt that it was left open on both sides and not just all one way (excluding Making a Murderer)

This is my father as well. I have learned with him on certain things I have to "plant the seed" to make him think it was his idea first. Its bad of me I know but sometimes its necessary or else he just gets mad and says "NO" without any reason besides it wasnt his idea.

This is definitely a really good approach for the majority of business practices. Its very frustrating when somebody sitting behind a computer looking at numbers only tells you what needs to be done/change when they aren't even close to where you live and work to see whats going on.

I feel a culture shift around teachers and education is very needed!! Especially now that i have been subbing in my local school for different grades. These teachers dont get paid enough for what they do every day nor do the subs for that matter.
