Today on #notmypresidents Day the people protested in all 50 states. I chose to attend a protest in Union Square NYC that marched down to Washington Square Park. There was music, chanting; it was energetic and lively. I went w Indivisible of Central Jersey. Some went to Trenton .

I was imagining but this is WORSE than I imagined. And so quickly. It’s a hostile takeover of our gvt. Elon Musk wants apartheid in the United States of America. DEI is the new N word but most women don’t realize they’re under attack also.

It just gets worse and worse. These press briefings r pure propaganda and the reporters ask nothing but softball questions. I feel such outrage but also a sense of doom. I’m waiting for protests to begin so I can join but fear they aren’t coming. So many people r complacent:(

#migraine this year I’ve been on a journey of reducing chronic migraine by reducing inflammation. (20+mo) diet, electrolytes, hydration, circadian rhythm, exercise, mindfulness. Have gotten off Vyepti, nurtec, Botox, gabapentin, flexaril , NSAIDS. Now approx 4 mo. Still dealing w neck pain,fatigue
