I've had things happen to me before. I don't mind sharing since it's less judgemental on here than on reddit.
Some are perhaps explainable but at the time it sure seemed weird.

This type of occurrence is commonly discussed in supernatural subs on reddit. It's interesting to read about. I think our loved ones stay for abit to make sure we are OK before they move on

Another I read alot is when the battle lust is on Damen when Laurent was late in book 3. Even nikandros was in awe

The inn was good. Alot of scenes with Laurent are fantastic. The dress one for example

It's not a book for everyone though. Be aware. There are dark themes mentioned like children being used for sex but the character who learnt about it was shown to hate it and voiced it out repeatedly

And I actually finished the three books end to end which I did not do for years. The only other was the Sandman series which was able to catch and keep my interest quite like that
