We should all be horrified/vigilant/moved to action by how swiftly the Trump administration is dismantling the rights of U.S. non-citizens (whether the right to protest, cross borders, due process), and the enthusiastic complicity of individuals and institutions at every level.

Another important by-election for one corner of the city. Don Valley West is headed to the polls on Monday to pick their next TDSB trustee, choosing between candidates running on platforms of infrastructure improvement, overcrowding, and crucially, rolling back equity policies.
