Trust me Anton it isn't unknown here in the UK too. He was expecting months. There had been a marked down turn in RE's idea of customer service.

A mate of mine's Continental GT had just done the same. Only took a couple of weeks to get put right under warranty.
I love my Interceptor too. 😀
