He left for family reasons. Even from Canada he's still very active and speaks out. I believe it's a very unjustified criticism of an individual who's still very much involved with American politics.

Great piece! Thanks for going so deep into that scandal. It's a bit sad that we have a commission not doing its one and only job. How did they miss the 3rd party thing? It's the first thing they should've done. I can't really blame Rebel News for trying.

Probably the worst deal ever presented; what are the concessions on Russia's side? This effectively legitimizes imperial conquests, probably what Trump wants in the end.

That's correct. Liberals have a devastating advantage when it comes to voting; they are spread all over Canada. Conservatives are concentrated in the West.

I don't know how many times I can repeat myself, but he's not prohibited from writing about Israel, Palestine or Genocide. Only not to contact 2 individuals. Freedom of speech doesn't equate freedom of harassment; this injunction may well be temporary as far as I know.

The justice system will look into the matter and see if there is substance here or not. I am not the judge of that; as I said, he's NOT prohibited from posting on the subject of Genocide and Israel. He's simply asked not to contact two individuals. Also, he's being accused of obstruction of justice.

He's also very well-known to have pro-Russia positions; he's never been arrested for this as far as I know.

I agree there is little tolerance for criticism of Israel in Canada, but the case of Yves Engler is quite different and he is not prohibited from posting on this topic. He is only prohibited from harassing some unnamed individual: www.montrealgazette.com/news/article...
