shorter hat, eyeliner is now a bandit mask, twin braids instead of spikes, a neck scarf, bullet shaped gemstones, and a fringe trim! all somewhat subtle changes, but im proud of them

A redesign of the Pokemon Mismagius. The hat has been made shorter, and two tufts of spikes at the back now resemble twin braids. The thick eyeliner has become a bandits mask, the gemstones have become bullets, a fringe trim has been added to the dress, and a neck scarf now sits on it's shoulders.
