I printed this out and will use it to obtain information from my patients who most are on SSD or SSI so that I can submit to my state’s AG. I also will propose that our Association where I live in a 55+ community encourage residents to call our NJ AG and our Reps and Senators.

I work in dialysis and I’ve met several patients with kidney failure directly related to exposure to Agent Orange. So sad.
