Congrats to Good Morning Britain host Alex Beresford & his wife lmogen on the birth of their daughter Camille. Meghan sent a gift basket with As ever jam & a stuffed octopus. The octopus is a go to kid gift. A mom friend mentioned Meghan sent one when her son had surgery (PEOPLE).
