Cycling rates in Cambridge are much, much higher than 19%! And it most certainly isn’t because of the student population. 54% cycle at least once a week. 30% of commuter journeys are cycled. We are close to gender parity. Some helpful stats here: www.sustrans.org.uk/media/13266/...
