I am wondering, has their benevolent daddy czar ever heeded their requests? Has it ever happened that they did a public video request for something and their czar made it happen? Or has it always been in vein and they just keep doing it because it's cool?

I'm quite convinced that the tanker is going to rot in a Finnish port for years. Getting this ship up to Finnish standards costs more than the ship is worth and orks are going to just leave it there to inconvenience the Finns.

I think this interview was a mistake. Zelensky used some English and when he didn't, the translation was poor. For corruption he kept using the metaphor "slap on the wrist", which was directly translated, but has a very different meaning in Ukrainian than it does in English. /1
