On some days, a loud punch of color will boost my mood. (That and taking a social media break to recover my senses). Are you taking some time for self care lately? It’s essential to take some recovery time, so that you can keep functioning.

Even though I spent over 25 years working plein air as an oil painter, I returned to watercolor after a long absence, and absolutely love it. The majority of my work is contained in sketchbooks at this time (though I do paint some larger ‘fine art pieces’).
