Concept art of the very good Pokémon Popplio, the water starter for “Pokémon Sun and Moon” - he’s a cute seal whose snout resembles a white party hat with a red topper. He is seen here trapping a Rowlett in a water bubble, then doing a backflip off said bubble, landing and popping the bubble. The Rowlett seems to have been completely destroyed.

A clip, one of the only gifs I could find, from the 1998 comedy The Impostors, starring Stanley Tucci and Oliver Platt, neither of whom are in this image. That man happens to be actor Michael Emerson, which is the only reason I could find this gif in the first place.
