From Hole to Holy, I got the tree root holes filled, and rebuilt the Angel statue setup.

Just finished tweaking the solar lights. Put a red filter on the gate light, behind the statue.

Made some fantastic chili earlier in the week, but now we’re down to a mere shadow of its former bounty. I decided to make a nacho, jalapeño, fiesta cheese, queso, guacamole, yellow corn chip bake, out of it….

Smells amazing, and my Malamute- seems to agree!

Met the local Pastor & her husband while cleaning up after Malik. Mentioned he wasn’t feeling good (diarrhea, 3rd day), and she “Blessed” him.

I thanked her, and they went inside.

Malik the Malamute with Malitude & I, were invited by a friend to visit the Glass City Metropark along the Maumee river.

He found the single Rope Bridge too difficult to cross, but didn’t seem to mind being suspended 12 up from the water.

The staff enjoyed meeting him & learning about the breed.
A black, white and gray, semi-domesticated beast, ponders crossing a super narrow rope bridge that’s not built to accommodate wide quadrupeds. Even the dog that’s hired to chase the geese out of the park, won’t cross this bridge. Malik center frame, looking at me as we wait to greet Park staff in their maintenance shop. Behind him is a law-enforcement SUV for the Metro parks. The Maumee River is extremely low due to a severe drought that has gone on for over three months. Most of this is normally not visible.
