There's about as much corn starch in confectioners sugar as there is wood (cellulose) in Kraft parmesian cheese. It's an anti caking ingredient. It's about 1 Tbl corn starch to 1 cup granulated sugar. Add both to blender and blend for 30 seconds to make your own.

Orcs and Trolls. In retrospect being able to read at the avg 🇺🇸 resident today as a 5-6 year old at the time reading LOTR was as good as when I read about electro welding. Book knowledge vs real world. I was stopped by 1st grade teacher on way back with scissors to outlet for 3rd 'weld'.

Can't say I have ever had green bean casserole. Thanksgiving was a holiday we learned about after coming to USA. I have had close cousin MN hotdish. Made it once.
