Unexpected find yesterday, a parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota procera). Here the season is usually over in mid October. Today the cap will be turned into a breaded steak while the stem will be dried and ground into powder. The mushroom powder adds great flavour to stews and sauces. #fungifact 🍄📷🧪🦠
