I have a site that is mercilessly abused by scrapers, so I drill further down by ASN. I occasionally block huge ranges. Google Compute and Amazon AWS usually are at the top of the list.

I don't have Onedrive or any fancy AI stuff installed.
Most of the files that were open 2.5 hrs ago when I made my post, are still open. Including the one from 2004 which I likely last accessed in that same year?
This isn't the first time I've noticed it, just the first time I've mentioned it. :)

I love finding annotations inside old reference books or maps. This one was a little different: inside cover of a 1960 municipal directory (~5cm/2 inches thick), describing the birth date and place of the first (?) owner.

AI will use whatever is in its training data, which will probably include fleas on puppies.
FYI, I said to myself "nah, this is probably real, AI vids are only 7 seconds long at the moment", then realised the cut is at 7 seconds

I put a little red sticker on mine when they fail. And generally keep them, for some reason. I guess I'm too sentimental...

I run some pages for community groups.
The weird thing is that FB assumes every page is a business, and wants to market products.
Since each page now has its own (empty) account, with no friends, it gets shown suggested content.
Without any linked friends, the content is generic slop and garbage.
