No idea what they ended up doing on their end. They changed my username and one password. But the other email accounts just needed to be unlocked or something

I think I finally have figured out how to reset the password on my own. They merged the old email system into theirs, but none of the documentation reflects that.
They kept telling me I had too many accounts that I could only have 5. But I only had 5 email accounts.

The interception could have been a bad turning point if it ended in a Pick 6. But forcing the fumble + touchback and then the big play after - that gave us all of the momentum for the rest of the game.
