Just rolled credits on Indiana Jones and The Great Circle. 🎮
What a video game. While the poor stealth and combat hold it back, I was thoroughly enthralled by the beautiful environments, satisfying puzzles and superb voice acting.
It's criminal there is no photo mode though... Just look at it!

Just played through my favourite mission so far in The Great Circle.
The most unique mission design in the game, creepy and mysterious environment and absolutely DRIPPING with style. I had goosebumps the entire time.
and it isn't even a main story mission.

I'm torn on the Indy game. I see lots of well deserved praise for the story, voice acting, puzzles etc, but little talk of combat.
The stealth gameplay so far is missing any spice. The AI is pretty dull, limited routes through environments, and few tools to manipulate encounters in my favour.

My favourite part of Final Fantasy XIII was when the robots grabbed each other's butts to stop a rolling ball.

Rollerdrome is what you get if you smash Tony Hawks Pro Skater and Doom's weapon swapping shooting together, and slap on a beautiful cell shaded art style. Definitely worth a try.

Final Fantasy has been a series I've missed out on. Today I spent 5 hours playing XIII and don't know what to think.
It's a nice popcorn game, just walk forward and mash 'A' to win. But this simplicity will only hold my attention for so long before I start crying out for a challenge.

Final Fantasy has been a series I've missed out on. Today I spent 5 hours playing XIII and don't know what to think.

My partner managed to completely smooth out the texture on both thumbsticks.

Pentiment might legitimately be the most engaged I have been in an RPG game.
I almost immediately bounce off religion in games, I've always found it hard to parse lots of religious terms.
However this game that is 80% religion has me absolutely hooked, can't wait to get stuck into act 3.
