I like movies with Amy Adams monolouges. I wish they did more with the supernatural premise. The weird stuff kinda feels tacked on just to have goofy stuff for the trailer. Parents will probably like this more than me.

I hope one day I'll see Ralph Fiennes' cardinal on those "could x solve the Kira case?" charts. Both "twists" are amply set up, but neither felt that satisfying for this particular story. Still enjoyed this one though.

It's kinda charming how much effort went into the dancing of these Gamecube characters. The movie takes too long to get going imo, but Frasier voicing an evil bird and the score redeem it.

The songs are great. The villain is great. The leads are great. Its very predictable and takes a little while to hit the beats you know you know its going to hit, but I don't see the animated Barbie movies topping this.
