As soon as they have a child here, that kid is on welfare. That's tax money going for the sustainment & housing of illegals. Illegals in NYC weren't being put up by the Catholics. 220MM dollars in payments for the Roosevelt. Also, I am the "beneficiary" of an illegal using my SSN for benefits.
Undocumented immigrants cannot receive federal benefits. The costs for housing and food they get comes from private charity, namely through the Catholic Church. This is despite the fact as many as 70% of undocumented workers are estimated to pay taxes through ITIN numbers according to the IRS….

I posted something very similar to you today. No one wanted to engage there and have even quick chats to make a point. It's all just post to be seen and get a paycheck. The seriousness of X is about the money people are making. Not the discussion.
I didn’t leave X because people there had different opinions and ideologies, I left because it stopped being fun. I get on social media to chat with people who think thinking is fun. X stopped being a place where that was true.

I like that Bluesky users are more engaged than on X. X has lots of posts but little real interaction/discussion—mostly hit-and-run comments to generate cash and follows. Both sites have a lot of lies you have to wade through. I hate that. But I enjoy the better interaction with real people here.

One thing I like about Bluesky, as opposed to X, is that the settings are much more straightforward. I like that it's more simple. I haven't been on here long but appreciate the simplicity.
