Had a fun game of 40k a fortnight ago. My ##astramilitarum absolutely wrecked my buddy's #deathguard force. It was the second game of out 2026 crusade. The Rogal Dorn commander was amazing as was Deathshroud Terminators failing three, yes three 6" charges. #thegreatcavancrusade2026

Last week I had a rather fun game of #warhammerfantasybattle #8theditionfantasy. my wood elves took on my buddy's #ogrekingdoms army. #woodelves were victorious due to a long charge by my treeman into a stonehorn and subsequently treewhacking the bejasus out of it.

Last week I had a rather fun game of #warhammerfantasybattle #8theditionfantasy. my wood elves took on my buddy's #ogrekingdoms army. #woodelves were victorious due to a long charge by my treeman into a stonehorn and subsequently treewhacking the bejasus out of it.
It was all the references to the other factions that always interested me. Techno barbarians, flesh shapers and God Prophets. Of course I may be misremembering but there were some very evocative faction names. I will go home and reread my custodes codex.
As Thunder Warriors and the enhanced soldiers of other Warlords (Ironsides, etc) all wore basically the same power armour (Thunder Armour), it seems practicable.
