Favorite past-time is picking on and pestering Ross. Has made clothes for the group but they refuse to wear it (they look like jojo characters). Why he’s blue, nobody knows! Best friends with Mortimer Kaufman and frequently has Mortimer over to model for him. Surprisingly not a drag queen, but will gladly design something for a drag queen. Despite his flamboyant and feminine body, that’s a man. The eyelashes are fake, don’t let them fool you. Usually the bitch that gives us the best reactions. Runs a small business on Etsy for his hand-made clothes Rhett Ruiz - 104. 6’9. Mexican. Self-proclaimed arch nemesis of Ross. Assassin working for the Vampiric Council of Texas (VCT). Very loyal to the VCT and his boss Antonio. Has been one of the few vampires who’ve managed to best Ross in a fight and survive. Has gold prosthetic fangs due to having them ripped out by Ross in a previous fight. Certified cowboy. Lost eye to Ross also, though it was cut with a silver blade rather than removed like his fangs, this was in a separate battle. Stone-cold and tough. Quick to anger. Indifferent about witches. Has a hell-horse named Juan (yes its a reference to the meme and not a stereotype). Proud of his vampiric nature. Will later become a protagonist. On good terms with Thomas because he was nice to him and served him at the bar. Henrick “Henri” Magnolia. 83. 5’6. Hippie from the 70’s. Thomas’s dealer and co-worker. Grows and smokes cannabis in his own apartment. Has gotten caught several times but avoided arrest due to hypnosis abilities. Pacifist vampire who taught Thomas you can survive without killing. Hated by Ross because he’s a hippie. Loves purple a little too much. Kinda sounds like a higher voiced Tommy Chong if you really listen to him. Most of what he says is some hippy-dippy bullshit and nothing really helpful, unless it’s mental health advice. Could easily be a therapist if he wanted. Firm believer in aliens (because if vampires, werewolves, and zombies can exist, why not aliens?). Kinda dumb, but lovable. Beau Butcher - (forever) 22. 5’11. Thomas’s deceased lover from when they were both alive. Died by falling down stairs and breaking his neck. Considered annoying by the other vampires but loved and appreciated always by Thomas. Often asked to grant wishes by Ross. British and speaks with old English, but will typically use modern English so the others can understand him. Longs to have a physical form again so he can properly love Thomas. Has to hold his head up because his neck is broken. Knows a lot about cooking and meat products (he was a butcher if you couldn’t tell by the name). Depressed when his beloved Thomas isn’t around

The comic I’m working on is a fan-following of What We Do In The Shadows, but taking place in Texas, DFW. It follows a group of vampires and 1 zombie as they get up to shit . The characters will have their names listed in each image description + their personalities
Ross Hellsong - 57, 8’3, mutant zombie, legally not allowed to drive but does it anyway, sounds like Michael Keaton’s Beetlejuice, death by: decapitation, can create miniature versions of himself called “Rosslets”, redneck bastard, bully, ignorant and stubborn, used to be Texas’s most infamous vampire slayer Copper Nikolaev - 6’7, 847, vampire with a thick Russian accent, voice claim is John Goodman, tough and intimidating on the outside, warm and loving on the inside, partner of Kyle Evans, amateur director, poor English despite living around English speakers for a long time, bit of a brute sometimes, touch is his love language, pansexual polyamorous, bad at keeping promises but promises to do better, too old to use a cellphone Thomas Price - 5’2, 68 (turned at 20), British, voice claim is Ziggy Stardust, softspoken, PTSD after watching boyfriend die and nearly being executed himself, terrified of stairs, bar waiter since the 70’s with his co-worker Henri Magnolia. More tech savvy than the others but will ask Kyle what online acronyms mean, often victim to Ross’s bullying, pathetic manfailure, Caesar’s best friend, lover of Beau Butcher, former prince of a now lost and fallen kingdom. Kyle Evans - 5’11. 33. bigender he/she interchangeably. Autistic. ENERGY VAMPIRE. Born and raised in North Texas. Loves cats and pink. Hobbies: crochet, sewing, online art commissions, acting (for Copper’s movies). Partner to Copper Nikolaev. Fem presenting most of the time. Works at the library. Hates being an energy vampire. Youngest of the group. Shares a room (and now bed) with Copper. Usually the voice of reason. Very much victim to transphobia, this takes place in Texas. Made personalized bat plushes for the others. Bad at meeting new people, prefers to stick to her group. Very attached to Copper.
