Matt is failing an LSAT question with this argument. Just because utilities decide not to do something doesn’t mean that it’s impossible or doesn’t work.

Electric utilities not doing 100 percent fossil free generation does not disprove his thesis at all. This is a pretty easy logical fallacy to pick up on. The presence of an alternative route to reliability does not automatically invalidate others.

Me and my best friend in high school found out they were releasing new Hamiltons (10 dollar bills) after this came out and we went to the bank to get fresh hamiltons and then dropped them at the diner.

When cook bags were big my aunt attempted to cook turkey in a cook bag. It was a butterball so the bag basically turned into a butter water balloon. The solution was to poke a hole in the bag which then spewed hot melted butter around the kitchen. No one got burned but cleanup was not fun.

Yes it would probably spur an ethics/bar inquiry. It’s why in house counsel always inform you that they are not your attorney if they are meeting with you in an adversarial manner.
