I still catch-up with some refuseniks and I find it quite a bizarre place these days. All the nobody people and all the somebody people (thank you Mr Bowie) shouting over each other.

Read it, read the Pelicot long reads and the interviews with her daughter and family . Powerful writing and honesty from the victims that leaves me with a sense of anger and inadequacy.

Never ceases to catch me by surprise when the giant fern in our garden suddenly 'lays down' for the winter just before Christmas. What goes down as brown fronds will emerge green come March.

A life well lived. Some of the sounds on this album are just wonderful, the synths sound like the wind rushing through mountains at different points.

Used to love listening to those, there was one station which seemed to be 'playing' the game mouse trap with the sound of marbles rolling along a track for hours on end.

Agree completely. This is generally a far mellower place although sexbots seem to be around more than when I first arrived on these shores.
