I think what's bothering me about audience reaction to #thehoundsofsisyphus is that the hints are NOT SUBTLE. Every other panel is ~mysterious backstory~ and ~ominous shadow~
The first time they "meet" is just Guwon casually debating whether to let Jinwoo bleed out from a head wound.

We see the sweat on this guy's face as Guwon looks over him. We see him hesitate because he's unsure and worried about what he's saying. We don't know why he's that nervous. Jinwoo doesn't even notice that he's nervous.
