I can do an a/b test next week. Same content on both platforms and see where the best conversations happen
February 28, 2025 at 7:53 PM
I don't really care about making sales though bsky. I just want to have good conversations
February 28, 2025 at 7:46 PM
Yeah bsky has become a ghost town recently
February 28, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Maybe if it's wildly innovative in some way?
February 23, 2025 at 6:23 PM
Lol Eli farming us for content.

Haha you're crazy for doing that. You might be onto something though. I'm pretty tempted to follow in your footsteps.

I worry that I'll offend people unfollowing them honestly.

Fair point. I think values are great when there is heavy founder involvement to drive them. Once companies become professionally managed, that passion dies, and the values become appropriated for internal politics.

Don't you think the opposite is the more common error? Stagnant, diluted values that are never reassessed.

I wrote a post on it a while back.

Your values are what your values are
I'm not a fan of company values. They are often only created as a box ticking exercise by leadership, and are frequently employed as a handy virtue signal to mask deeper organizational issues.

How?!
February 22, 2025 at 6:23 PM
I feel well suited to weigh in here, since we're trying to replace Gantt charts with a top 10.

Getting companies to move from parallel prioritisation (five number one priorities) to any sort of real prioritisation (5 things in order) is extremely difficult.

The number itself isn't a huge issue.

Great advice. Many huge companies grew quickly because they were able to focus on a single channel

The users being dogs, the vision being tinder for dogs

The users just don't understand my brilliant vision

This feels like a good product idea. It's a big unknown for a lot of people.

Nice one!

Some ideas need time.
February 20, 2025 at 10:32 PM
Haha you've posted enough that I finally gave it a go.

You should add a LinkedIn field btw
