The latest episode of Airlines Confidential Podcast has an excellent interview with PIT CEO Christina Cassotis and architects Luis Vidal and Carolyn Sponza discussing the design of the new terminal headhouse.

C/D concourse at IAD. Temporary structure built in the mid 1980s that somehow is still in use today. My rating...DDD (dated, dingy, and depressing).

Come on, we all know the real reason they need the reactor is to provide power to the secret underground city beneath DIA that’s inhabited by the Freemason lizard people.

From my personal experience when your airline switches from Coke to Pepsi products (Midway, TWA, United post bankruptcy), shit is getting real. 😱

@theairshowpodcast.com had an excellent discussion about this very situation involving the gates at ORD. I highly recommend listening to the February 20 episode for the inside scoop on this story.

The round building below the control tower was home to Marshall Field & Company’s Cloud Room Restaurant; a fine dining establishment that offered large windows that looked out onto the airfield with excellent views of the airplanes parked beneath.

ORD Terminal 1 desperately needs a makeover of their current restaurant offerings. The only worthwhile eatery is Tortas Frontera By Rick Bayless on the B concourse and perhaps the Berghoff Cafe on the C concourse.

An insufferable bore. The Score is better off without him.

Yikes! ORD is going to be a mess this morning.

Great job ferreting out this info and getting an interview with Baldwin! @jamesrenner.bsky.social has done more than any other journalist to advance the Maura Murray case bar none.

Herb Kelleher was dead: to begin with. There is no doubt whatever about that.

Old Herb was as dead as a door-nail!
