So far, we've distributed 8000 in winter supplemental income payments to the ~200 general Lysistrata members since International Day to End Violence Against SWs and are in good shape to stay on our quarterly payment system for March, and we are already grant writing for the next cycle in the summer.

This rapid escalating of conditions cutting people off from their benefits means that if we can pull together the funds to do larger and more frequent payments, these next few months especially are a key time to do so.

Please consider this a key time to set up monthly donations if you don't already, our membership is 67% LGBTQIA, 79% PoC, 74% Chronically ill/Disabled, 62% houseless /housing instable, 45% parenting/caregiving members & it is made up of the exact people they are trying to cut off from resources.

We have been prioritizing this type of work to be as ready as possible for circumstances like this and we could have been so much more ready with more resources, but it isn't too late to support community based cash distribution systems heavily now!
