You'd have to be in the guild or in a group with someone in the guild to visit the neighbourhood I think. I am not entirely sure how it works. I have mostly just been messing around, decorating.

We do our own thing, cleaving as close to our guild concept as possible, and we aren't going to compromise that for the Horde social calendar or to hang out in Orgrimmar instead of Forsaken zones when we aren't out and about.

Yeah, I don't think shutting yourself hermetically away from anyone outside of your immediate circle is a good idea either, and my own guild is happy to interact with anyone who approaches us in good faith (and invite them along to our events) but I am not going to go out of my way to be available.

There's no inherent value to the community if the community only means more people and outside of that only lowers the quality of your experience in every discernible way.
