Isagi who is an egoist can't accept the fact that Kaiser is teaming up everyone but him. Kaiser who is scared that he'll be vulnerable and break again try to ignore Isagi eventho his heart is reaching for the black haired man.

Kaiser who is avoiding Isagi because of his emotional turmoil and Isagi who is frustrated cuz kaiser is avoiding him.

Isagi on the other hand who separate his football personality and his usual personality would get confuse. Also he becomes sad when people ignore him

I mean like he still has to think about alot. I don't think he gonna becomes suddenly mature and starts conservation with Isagi
