Art Quilt Challenge: Geometry. I stuck to piecing basic forms because I was inspired by a paper project that used folding/pleating. Once I got it worked out, I realized I could have just cut it and moved strips to get a similar effect, but the pleating does add some demension...

My mini quilt made for the swap at quiltcon this year. My partner said she liked striking minimalist and sparkle... I hope I hit the mark while still representing my work!

Made it to Pheonix for some sightseeing before Quiltcon.

A little lone star action with some scraps! This was supposed to go on the back of the dress, but I was winging it and it was way to big. So half on the back and half on the hem. Next I think it needs some big hand stitching before I wear it out. #quiltblock #quilt
