They should just amend the rule so, the player (A) receiving the 20 min red card can only be replaced if the player (B) involved in foul play is able to continue.

I agree with you 100%, however it seems the 20 mins RC is here to stay.
Think the law should be amended, so that player A receiving the red card can only be replaced if, player B involved in foul play is able to continue. Takes away targeting
