If it's set up in specific contexts with governance in place, it's not wildly different than other tech/people/processes in an org. This annual report from chiefmartech / Scott Brinker is a good resource on all the different ways it's being used. He's been writing about mktg tech for a long time.

I will say that the 15th St protected #bikedc lane was looking really good the past few days around U St. Appreciate these under-resourced teams who are doing what they can.

100% agree on property owners. Fines should be generating revenue to pay for the work to clear it, like in Mpls/St. Paul:
