I think Clifford Simak predicted this back in 1981.

I think about this passage a lot in connection with US law enforcement.

I don't know if this counts but I was 13 when my parents bought Heinlein's _The Number of the Beast._ I wanted to read it, they said I couldn't because of the sex, so of course I read it in secret.

Then they changed their minds and said I could read it after all. So I had to read it *again.*

Ranked choice voting has many advantages but I made this meme a while back for a different election and this seems like an opportunity to share it again.
