The rate at which parts of the JavaScript ecosystem are abandoned or deprecated is ridiculous. The framework they chose initially may have been dropped or released with breaking changes because apparently that's how the software industry works now

Yeah that's exactly the kind of thing I'm on about. And yes, developing/engineering (lol) is about taking whatever libraries and frameworks are in fashion that day and doing the minimum possible to link them together without understanding any of it
