I’m not a larger runner, but I used to routinely put 500 miles on a pair of trainers and nowadays they are toast for me by 400 miles, sometimes earlier. I think they’re just made of less sturdy stuff than they used to be, because my running habits haven’t changed much

I'd love to know, too! I can't think of a screen quite like what you describe. A couple nice screens that looked at mitotic exit and found hits that impact nuclear envelope reassembly come to mind, though:
