Excited to try out a new TTRPG tonight - Outgunned. It's a new action movie themed RPG. Different mechanics than Feng Shui - rolling a pool of d6s and looking for matches. @hebanongames.bsky.social is running it and has described it as "Edgar Wright inspired action comedy on a cruise ship"

I get a lot of emails from companies pitching their podcast specific services. It's very funny when they fuck up details like this one. (I am a co-host of Ludonarrative Dissidents and we review tabletop RPG books, not interviews).

I've been having a blast playing Cultic Chapter 2 - an incredible retro shooter about blasting hordes of evil cultists with shotguns and dynamite. It really shines with little touches like this. Even cultists need a beer once in a while

What are your favorite medical themed RPG scenarios or books? Mine is Invasive Procedures, where the PCs are patients in a hospital run by a secret cult of surgeons. Every night a patient is operated on with disturbing results. (shout out to @rufflejax.bsky.social for reminding me about it)
