Just got back from the HRC National Dinner and a follow up trip to Acadia National Park while on the east coast. It was the break and recharge that I desperately needed.

What’s your favorite exercise in the gym? Mine is pushing the sled!
Been pretty consistent with gymming this year after a couple bouts with illness late last year that kept me from going regularly. Still have a long way to go but finally starting to make progress again.
