I have finished the 3d modelling and texturing using a similar method to how #arcsystemsworks does it instead of using a lot more materials. Next step rigging.

Character model update modelled the body decided to not finish the hair and move on to rigging. I experimented using vertex groups, multiple data transfers and shrink rap modifiers to get more control over the custom normals of the body. #bnpr #3DCG

I've decided to redo the model since it doesn't look appealing from the three-quarter view. I plan to further adjust it by using camera-based shape keys and a lattice to refine the side profile and other angles as necessary. And also there are some topology issues. New vs Old. #bnpr #malt3d #3dcg
