In general the refs are fine, we need the laws to reflect what they are asked to referee.

Lots can be resolved through the application of existing laws, lets get the law book to reflect the actuality of the game (scrum feeds to start) make a refs job easier not harder

Rewrite the laws to the game we want, if crooked scrum feeds are ok, then write laws that way - give us community refs a chance!
