Yeah, I feel for you. If I over smoke / ingest I tend to get anxiety jitters so I try not to take too much myself. Likely not as intense as your experience though.

Luckily I only take it if I've been out buspirone over a week. I live in a place that also sells marijuana legally so sometimes in between my buspirone being out (it has been months before) so I supplement with calming strains.

the st johns mugart is only when i'm out of buspirone though because unfortunately insurance likes to jerk me around alot.

no worries, I take sts johns mugwart, buspirone, famotidine, and iron regularly. 🥰 I used to be on a pretty strong sleeping medication but it would affect me until the evening the day after with grogginess so I ultimately stopped. I've tried a few so I don't remember all the names but I'm off them.

Thank you! I've dealt with chronic insomnia since my young teen years, and I've tried various medications but for me had had more cons then pros. I'll make sure it wont interact with anything I take of course, appreciate it!
