That series showed me that there was more to the world than the eye could see. It showed me that we all make a small difference. Even though it’s more than 40 years old, I think it’s still such an important message. I’ve re-read them every time I need something comforting and hopeful. 2/

I’ve been thinking a lot about the books I read as a child. And the series that sticks out the most is #youngwizards by @diane.dianeduane.com. It was better than Harry Potter because there was this girl just like me. Weird and bookish but she made a difference. Nita was me and I was Nita. 1/
