I've read it, it's really good. I had so much fun trying to figure out all the twists and turns. The world building is superb. I liked all the characters too. They kinda remind me of the Golden girls but nicer and with magical abilities. I totally want to live in the manor.

Dead Dead Girls was so good!!! You just reminded me I never finished that series. Let me go remedy that right now

Thank you. I work at a library and we will absolutely try to buy books we don't have or get them on loan from other libraries that do. A lot of folks don't know this, or sometimes forget to check out their local library all together.

I think you might like Nicole Glover. She does the Murder and Magic series. There are three books so far with a fourth one on the way: The Conductors, The Undertakers, and The Improvisers. The MC's are Black and there is a strong SFF element to the whole series

I got into bird watching a few years ago when a Cooper's hawk was building a nest in my neighborhood. I learned all their different calls and what not. It's so much fun ☺️. Can't wait to read what you come up with.
