On my way home from #eurofurence. It was my first ever con and I hand soooo much fun.

And Finally 2022; This one has a very different vibe since it’s the only one without eye contact. I wanted to change things up in part because I felt like my style and skill level hadn’t changed that much since 2020.

2020 is a fan favorite, it was easily my best painting at the time and it holds up great. The bow is probably a bit off but bows and bow poses are hard and he’s the only character i "regularly" draw with one

This is the one from 2018; I was still fairly new to a more painterly style so it was a challenge. This is the most straight up aggressive version out of all of them, with him pointing his bow at the viewer.

its a redraw of the first one.
The crystals around him are the same materials as the ones growing on him, because he spends so much time in and around these mineral-rich springs that the minerals in the environment start growing on him too.

This one was hard, there aren’t really any purple landscapes. I ended up going with a Lüneburg Heath inspired design, with loads of heather.
