I should finish that though, I learned a lot while doing it. (trying to convince myself that it doesn't matter that by this point a dozen other people have already TLed it...)

I also TLed half of Ena6 (yes I did actually get thru like the 4th chapter) while that event was running and then gave up because I was too busy so. Um. My track record is not good.

No for real though, it's so dire

Mizuki really feels happier and more genuine. I could be crazy and imagining it but I continue to get this impression with every new appearance she has on the jpn server and it brings me so much joy

I need to stress that I'm not talking about area convos and stuff that's actually related to Ena5, I'm talking about the most boring "N25 on nightcord talking about their latest song" scenes that we've been getting since day 1 but after Ena5 it just feels different to me.

This is so much better than I did in mizu5 mostly because I knew autoplay existed and also my cards didnt suck

You're right this is so funny. The red light adds to it 😂

Her English pronunciation is also perfect ofc but that's not the focus here bc a native English speaker can have perfect pronunciation, but if they haven't thought about diction then it might not sound good bc it feels so different when you're singing vs speaking to get the necessary clarity.

It's also super interesting for me to be able to so clearly hear the difference between a word in Japanese in katakana that's been borrowed from English and actual English.

but you'd never notice this was an issue if you just listened to Sasaki because she makes it sound effortless, and the clarity never messes up the flow of the line either.

I feel like English is harder to sing in than Japanese because multiple different consonants can be right next to one another and there's so many consonants at the ends of words, and its so easy to blur them together and leave out the final consonant and then the word is unclear,

Her Japanese diction is excellent but I'm not attuned to that enough to be qualified to compliment it, so what brought the quality to my attention was her English diction being so top tier
