Black said he was shot by pepper balls a total of seven times, two of those instances in the face. He said he was never warned by federal law enforcement and was afraid to return to the Broadview facility after the incident.

Plaintiffs are now playing video footage from the Broadview facility, where Black can be seen praying before he was shot by multiple rubber bullets

Black said many, if not all of the agents at Broadview have been armed. He said many of his clergy colleagues have been hit with pepper balls, tear gassed, and also shoved.

He responded, "agree to disagree," and Ellis sternly told him to "move on."

Ellis overruled, and admonished Khojasteh. "Counsel – I said it wasn’t relevant. I allowed you to ask questions about what she thought of the agents...," she said. "What she thinks about you at this moment in time is absolutely and utterly irrelevant."

Just heard testimony from two Chicagoans regarding how ICE's enforcement efforts have affected them. There was a tense back and forth between Judge Ellis and DOJ attorney Khojasteh after Khojasteh asked one witness whether she thinks of people acting on behalf of the Trump admin as war criminals.

Khojasteh asked Munoz whether he'd attended other protests aside from the Broadview demonstrations. He said yes, and indicated that he went to his neighborhood No Kings protest with his family
