Yesterday I was feeling better so I took Diego on a long walk to visit a friend who has had health challenges the last couple years and can’t comfortably walk. It was the first time she’d met Diego. Now I’m thinking of who else I know who could use a visit from a perky happy, loving dog.

In the next couple months I need to figure out how to stay informed without endlessly exposing myself to all the dark (probably accurate) predictions of how Terrible Trump Part Deux will be. It’s just too much, seeing all these doomsday scenarios.
