Easy one to start with for fermenting foods is garlic🧄 and honey 🍯 . Garlic doesn’t fail easily and there’s no measuring needed with honey. Just fill ya jar. Stir daily for two weeks and keep in a dark place. Will keep for a year.

Berries +vodka + 6-8 weeks then sieve off the berries.

We all need a little extra boost, try some honey infused lemon.
1 lemon chop 🍋
Jar of honey 🍯
Combine and leave in the fridge for 14 days.
Take out the lemon and there you have it!
